Every evening we listened music and looked at sunset.

This has been perfect in terms of location, convenience, style, cleanliness and every minor detail which made our life in the apartment so much easier and comfortable! our perception of Grand Vienna was undoubtedly influenced by living in the beautiful and fully equipped flat.

My family of four spent a two week stay in July of 2008. It is a spacious apartment with an airy feeling. The street is so convenient to the Opera and the Kartnerstrasse. Stephansplatz, Karlskirche and the Hofberg are a pleasant walk from the apartment as well. The subway and tram are a block away. The famed outdoor market is also a few blocks from there. Many restaurants in the area. Outstanding location and lovely apartment.

Stayed here August 2008 (2 adults 2 small kids). Excellent choice! Spotless clean, very good location, well equipped kitchen, comfortable layout. Mrs Duschel very helpful and had everything in order when we arrived. The noise may be annoying at times if you have the windows open, but this is only a minor drawback of this very good appartment. For my family this is the place to stay in Vienna

Very pleasant stay in this apartment when we visited Vienna in August. Ms. Duschel was very helpful and prompt. Everything in the apartment was in good order. Will stay there in our next trip to Vienna!

We had a wonderful holiday in Family Duchels apartment in Vienna! The apartment was quite close to perfect with spa bath, baby equipment, great kitchen etc... And the location was even better! Everything was so close by. Only little "minus" was the noise of the traffic at night. We will certainly come back!

me, my mum, aunt & uncle stayed in the apartment during april. the location of the apartment was great (the building next to opera house). there was a lift in the apartment and the kitchen was equipped with everything you can imagine. the rooms were comfortable and user friendly. there was a metro station, bus and tram stop very close to the apartment. we liked the apartment very much and recommend it for everyone.

WONDERFUL apartment with everything you need - a kitchen with all appliances, great spa bath with a separate WC, and lots of storage areas. Internet access also in room - a great bonus so far from home! Perfect area for walking everywhere, U is very close, trams even closer. Frau Duschel was very helpful, and helped with many of our questions before we arrived. Couldn't have asked for more, and we will be back again!

We were very happy with the apartment. It is a very convienent and quite location (about a 1 minute walk to the underground/S-bahn and 20 meter from the Kärtnerstrasse).
The apartment was very clean and warm. All the rooms
was fully supplied. The hospitality of the landlord was great - we were supplied with sugar, coffee/tea, oil...
Our experience was super! Hope we'll come back soon!

Villa Mauthner's Apartment 2 is really a beautiful place to stay in Vienna. All is perfect, clean, elegant but rational. You will find everything you need in this fashinating little nest.
